California Cartridge Company Shipping Policy

California Cartridge Company strives to ship your order as quickly as possible.  In stock orders will be shipped within the standard shipping interval which is 2-3 business days.  However, the standard shipping interval is not guaranteed and we make no promise that a product will ship on a specific day. Domestic Shipping: Our primary carrier is the United Parcel Service (UPS). Shipping Monday through Friday.  


We process and ship orders within 24 hours after payment is received.  You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number when your device is shipped.  Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or on a holiday will be processed the next business day.  Shipping intervals are counted in business days only and correspond with those of UPS.  We do not provie International Shipping or Rerouting Shipments.  


For customer security and logistical reasons, packages cannot be rerouted once shipped. Special Shipping Offers: Special shipping offers may supersede these policies. Delivery Problems: If you wish to return a product delivered damaged or otherwise, please refer to our Return Policy. 

California Cartridge Return Policy

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Service Representatives to request an exchange. We will assist you with returning the damaged item and receiving a replacement. The replacement will be shipped to the same place the original order was shipped. If an item you buy from us is defective, we will gladly pay for the return shipping. We work hard to ensure we carry quality products, so if you have difficulty with one of our suppliers or parts, we will replace it promptly without hassle at no charge to you. Orders are generally shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service). Customers in the continental United States (this excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and all US Possessions and territories) can select either UPS Ground, UPS Next Day or UPS 2nd Day shipping.
